Once we receive your order and your pet photos, our artist will design a unique portrait of your pet within 48 hours.
Step 5
Preview your pet portrait
You can preview your pet portrait, request edits, or approve the design! Your opinion is always critical, if you are not 100% satisfied with your portrait, we will always provide a rework for free.
Step 6
Print your pet portrait painting
If you ordered the digital version of the product, you can download the digital artwork immediately as soon as you confirm the design preview. If you ordered the print product, we will print your unique artly pet portraits within 24 hours.
Step 7
Ship out your pet portrait painting
Finally, we will check the pet portrait painting and then packed them well and ship it out. Fully traceable information allows you to clearly see your package as it approaches you step by step.
